Refund Policy

All Drift pieces are bespoke and made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Our standard size are non-refundable

An exchange handling fee applies as follows:

• AED 100 for exchanges within Dubai

• AED 200 for exchanges to all other Emirates within the UAE

We kindly ask that you carefully review sizes, colours, and specifications prior to placing your order. As many of our products are crafted using natural materials, variations in colour, texture, and pattern are a natural and expected part of the design.
