Delivery Areas

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates

Free delivery is offered within the Dubai Emirate

A flat delivery fee of AED 300 applies to all orders delivered outside Dubai Emirate

We do not ship directly outside the UAE
If you wish to arrange delivery via an external courier or freight forwarder, we are happy to assist with collection. However, liability transfers once items leave our warehouse, and Drift Interiors UAE cannot be held responsible for loss or damage thereafter.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the product type:

Beds: 2-4 weeks

Headboards, benches & footstools: 2–4 weeks

Marble furniture: 2-4 weeks
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to external factors. We will confirm your delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch.

Deliveries are scheduled in advance and arranged at a mutually convenient time

Items will be delivered to the room of your choice, provided there is safe and clear access
Please ensure we are informed in advance of any access restrictions, including:

Stairs or high floors

Narrow hallways or doorways

Restricted parking or building regulations
Failure to disclose access limitations may result in additional charges or an aborted delivery.
Assembly services for larger items, including beds and marble furniture, may be available upon request and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a scheduled delivery is missed or cannot be completed due to access issues or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Inspecting Your Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting all items upon delivery

Any damages, defects, or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

Please retain all original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your order
